p78 Signs Diversity Charter and Sets Clear Sign for Workplace Diversity

In December 2024, projekt0708 GmbH (p78) signed the Diversity Charter, officially committing to promoting diversity and equal opportunities within the company. As part of Germany's largest corporate initiative to promote diversity in the workplace, p78 is committed to a respectful and prejudice-free work environment for all employees – regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or identity.

Commitment to Diversity, Creativity, and Innovation

p78 is convinced that diversity enriches companies. Different perspectives and experiences foster innovation and create an inspiring work environment. By signing the Diversity Charter, p78 is making a strong statement for equal opportunities and integration.

Targeted Measures for an Inclusive Corporate Culture

As an innovative HR/IT service and consulting company, p78 has been committed to an inclusive and diverse corporate culture for years. Measures such as flexible work models (including part-time options and home office) and mentoring programs underscore this commitment.

Additionally, there is the exchange within the company's internal "WoMen" network – together with the parent company cbs Corporate Business Solutions GmbH. In regular round tables, employees of all genders can exchange sensitive topics and support each other.

p78 promotes an open feedback culture where all employees can express their ideas and concerns. This culture helps the company continuously learn and improve its processes.

Another important topic is digital accessibility in the SAP environment. p78 not only develops user-friendly HR solutions but also addresses the importance and implementation of accessibility in the business context in a podcast episode of the self-produced podcast HR/IT Talk and an on-demand webinar.
