Following last year’s recognition, p78 continues its success story: In the current FOCUS-Business ranking, the company has once again been acknowledged as a “Top Employer in the SME Sector” in Germany. This award is based on a systematic evaluation of an employee survey as well as additional criteria assessed by research partner FactField.

Sustainability and Responsibility as Success Factors
In addition to the FOCUS-Business award, p78 recently received two further renowned employer distinctions:
- kununu “Top Company” – For the fifth consecutive year, p78 was awarded the Kununu Top Company seal.
- “Most Responsible Employer 2026” – Presented by ZEIT Publishing Group in cooperation with kununu, this award recognizes companies that demonstrate exceptional responsibility.
